Meaningful Support for Everyday Living.

We are advocates for children and adults with developmental disabilities, and for the families and case managers beside them, through three main programs: SLS, ILS, and ABA. All across the East Bay.

Our Services

It Starts With the Person.

Care works best when it fits the life it is built around. So we start by getting to know the person, their routine, the people in their corner, and what they are hoping to work toward. Only then do we look for a coordinator who is a real match.

Meeting People Where They Are.

We work with individuals receiving support, families looking for guidance, and care partners helping coordinate each step. Together, we help create a more connected experience from the very beginning.

How We Support.

Three core service areas designed for different needs, goals, and levels of daily involvement. Each path is shaped around the person, their family, and the everyday moments where thoughtful guidance matters most.
